دور الإعلام البرلماني في تكريس العمل السياسي

Abstract

تهدف الدراسة إلى إبراز دور الإعلام البرلماني في تكريس العمل السياسي، وذلك للكشف عن أهميته في المجتمع، من خلال تحليل مضمون مجلة "أخبار المجلس" الصادرة عن المجلس الوطني الشعبي. ولتحقيق أهداف دراستنا اتبعنا المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، نظراً لتناسبه لإغراض الدراسة حيث أجريت الدراسة على أعداد المجلة التي بلغ عددها 17عدداً. وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى أن مجلة "أخبار المجلس" تعد صدى إعلامي برلماني ساهم في إيضاح دور البرلمان في التشريع والرقابة على أعمال الحكومة، معتمدة في ذلك على التغطية الإعلامية للجلسات البرلمانية في شكل أخبار وتقارير صحفية، بالإضافة إلى سعيها إلى تحقيق العمل السياسي وتفعيله في المجتمع بإبراز قيم المواطنة و الديمقراطية. وتم التوصل إلى مجموعة من التوصيات تمثلت في الاهتمام بالإعلام البرلماني وتدريب صحفيين وإعلاميين حول التغطية الإعلامية البرلمانية بالإضافة إلى إنشاء قناة خاصة بالشأن النيابي.

This study aims to show the role of parliamentary media in dedication of the political work. It also aims to reveal its importance in society, by analyzing the content of "News of the Council"”Akhbar Al-Majlis” magazine, which is published by the National People's Council on January 15th. In order to achieve the objectives of our study, we followed the Descriptive Analytical Approach, because it was adapted to the study's purposes. Our study was conducted according to the listing of the magazine which is 17. Our study discovered that the "News of the Council" magazine is a parliamentary media echo which contributed to clarify the role of parliament in legislation and oversight of the work of the government, relying on the media coverage of parliamentary sessions in the form of news and press reports. In addition, it seeks to achieve political work and activate it in society by highlighting the values of citizenship and democracy. In brief, we think that the government should care about parliamentary media, training of journalists and media professionals on parliamentary media coverage. It had better establish a special channel on parliamentary affairs
