المسالة البربرية في الجزائر (1949م-2002م).

Abstract

تعتبر المسالة البربرية من المسائل الشائكة في مجتمعات المغرب العربي عامة والجزائر خاصة، حيث ولدت جدلا كبيرا تعود جذوره إلى فترة الاحتلال الفرنسي الذي كان له دور كبير في تكوين النزعة البربرية وذلك من خلال تركيز أبحاثه على منطقة القبائل، وقد استغل الفجوة الموجودة بين التيار العربي المنادي باعتبار" الجزائر عربية إسلامية" والتيار البربري المنادي "بالجزائر جزائرية"، لتعرف تطورا في فترة الاحتلال وما صاحبها من تطورات حتى يتم اكتشافها، لكن هذا الجدل يستمر حتى بعد الاستقلال عبر حكومات متتالية لتأخذ المسألة البربرية مسار آخر الذي ظهر في البداية بالمطالبة بالاعتراف الامازيغ والحضور الامازيغي إلا أن هذا المطلب بدأ يعرف أبعادا أخرى بعيدة عن الاعتراف بالهوية الامازيغية لذا كان على السلطة الإسراع في إيجاد الحلول المناسبة لإرجاع المسالة البربرية إلى مسارها الصحيح وهو الاعتراف بالامازيغية كإحدى المقومات الأساسية للمجتمع الجزائري إلى جانب كل من الإسلام والعربية.
