الالتزام المهني وتأثيره على مستوى الأداء الوظيفي

Abstract

سعت هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد مدى مساهمة الالتزام المهني في تحسين مستوى الأداء الوظيفي بجامعة أدرار أحمد دراية، وقد تحدد الالتزام المهني بأبعاده الثلاثة المتمثلة في (الالتزام المعياري، الاستمراري، العاطفي )، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم اعتماد إستبانة لغرض جمع البيانات من أفراد العينة، وبلغ تعدادها 312 مفردة، وتم استخدام برنامج الحزم الإحصائي (spss) لتحليل البيانات الإستبانة، بمختلف الاختبارات كالمتوسط الحسابي، الانحراف المعياري معامل الارتباط، الانحدار الخطي البسيط وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج منها: وجود علاقة ارتباط طردية قوية ذات دلالة معنوية بين الالتزام المهني بأبعاده مجتمعة فيما كانت أهم النتائج وجود أثر معتبر وقوي للالتزام المهني في تحسين مستوى الأداء الوظيفي بالجامعة.

This study sought to determine the extent to which professional commitment contributes to improving the level of job performance at the University of Adrar Ahmed Deraya, and the professional commitment has been determined in its three dimensions, namely (normative, continuity, and emotional commitment). 312 items, and the statistical packages program (SPSS) was used to analyze the resolution data, with various tests such as the arithmetic mean, standard deviation, correlation coefficient, simple linear deviation, and the study reached a set of results, including: The existence of a strong positive correlation with moral significance between professional commitment with its combined dimensions, while the most important results were the presence of a significant and strong effect of professional commitment in improving the level of job performance at the university.
