الاستيطان الأوروبي في الجزائر وأثره على المجتمع الجزائري (1834-1870)

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى بحث موضوع الاستيطان الأوربي في الجزائر واثاره على المجتمع الجزائري خلال 1834-1870 وتكمن إشكالية البحث المدروس في دراسة وتفسير وتحليل ترسانة الوجود الإستيطاني الأوروبي على الجزائر وأثره على المجتمع الجزائري، وللوقوف امام هذا الواقع نطرح، إشكالية الدراسة : هل كان للقوانين والتشريعات الخاصة بسياسة الاستيطان آثر على الحياة الاجتماعية والإقتصادية للمجتمع الجزائري؟، تكمن أهمية هذا الموضوع في تسلسله للأحداث التاريخية لمعرفة تلك القوانين الصادرة من الإدارة الفرنسية. ومن خلاله إتبعنا المنهج التاريخي لتفسير الاحداث التاريخية وأداة الوصف والمنهج التحليلي والإحصائي، وقد توصلنا إلى جملة من النتائج أهمها أن سياسة الاستيطان إستهدفت الأرض والإنسان معاً.

Cette étude visait à examiner la question de la colonisation européenne en Algérie et ses effets sur la société algérienne de 1834 à 1870. Le problème de la recherche étudiée réside dans l'étude, l'interprétation et l'analyse de l'arsenal de la implantation européenne en Algérie et son impact sur la société algérienne. Concernant la politique d'implantation, affecte-t-elle la vie sociale et économique de la société algérienne?, L'importance de ce sujet réside dans sa séquence d'événements historiques pour connaître ces lois édictées par l'administration française. À travers elle, nous avons suivi l'approche historique pour expliquer les événements historiques, l'outil de description, la méthode analytique et statistique, et nous avons atteint un certain nombre de résultats, dont le plus important est que la politique de peuplement visait à la fois la terre et l'être humain.

This study aimed to examine the issue of European settlement in Algeria and its effects on Algerian society during 1834-1870. The problem of the studied research lies in the study, interpretation and analysis of the arsenal of the European settlement presence on Algeria and its impact on Algerian society. Concerning the settlement policy, does it affect the social and economic life of Algerian society ?, The importance of this topic lies in its sequence of historical events to know those laws issued by the French administration. Through it, we followed the historical approach to explaining historical events, the description tool, the analytical and statistical method, and we reached a number of results, the most important of which is that the settlement policy targeted both the land and the human being.
