الهجرة الجزائرية نحو فرنسا وانعكاساتها الإجتماعية والثقافية على المجتمع الجزائري 1914 - 1962 م

Abstract

تعد الهجرة ظاهرة إنسانية قديمة، تتعلق بالواقع الإجتماعي والثقافي للأفراد والجماعات،كما تتحكم فيها المعايير الاقتصادية المرتبطة بالتنمية والحاجة لتحسين الأوضاع المعيشية، وتتعدد أسبابها من مجتمع إلى آخر فعبر التاريخ تعود الظاهرة إلى فكرة الاستعمار في إفريقيا وشمالها، حيث عرف المجتمع الجزائري الظاهرة بشكل كبير في عهد الإستعمار الفرنسي ،نظرا للسياسة المنتهجة آنذاك من قبل الإدارة الكولونيالية التي وظفت كل وسائلها العسكرية قصد استغلال اليد العاملة الجزائرية في المصانع و المناجم الأوروبية لتطوير الصناعة هناك، لكن سياسة تهجيرالجزائريين من الشباب نحو المتروبول وكذا الهجرة الطوعية نجمت عنها العديد من الإنعكاسات التي خلّفت تناغما حضاريا داخل المجتمع الجزائري لاتزال روافده تمتد إلى الأجيال الحالية في ظل تعاظم الظاهرة وتضاعف تاثيراتها في العلاقات بين الشعوب.

Summary: Migration is the phenomenon of the former humanitarian linked to the reality of social and cultural development of individuals and groups , and the control of economic criteria related to development and the need to improve living conditions and multiple causes company to another phenomenon throughout history that goes back to the idea of colonialism in Africa and the north, where there was the phenomenon of Algerian society dramatically in the era of french colonialism account given the policy and the direction of colonialism , which employed all available military means accidentally operating the Algerian work in factories and mines , the European development of the industry there, but the political movement of youth Algeria to metropole and voluntary migration has resulted in a lot of thoughts that have left cultural listening within Algerian society still tributaries extends the current generation in light of the growing phenomenon of doubled its effects in relations between the two peoples .

Résumé : La migration est le phénomène de l' humanitaire ancienne , liée à la réalité du développement social et culturel des individus et des groupes , et le contrôle des critères économiques liés au développement et à la nécessité d'améliorer les conditions de vie et les causes multiples de la société à l'autre à travers l'histoire phénomène qui remonte à l'idée du colonialisme en Afrique et dans le nord, où il a été le phénomène de la société algérienne de façon spectaculaire dans l'ère du colonialisme français , compte tenu de la politique réalisée puis par la direction du colonialisme, qui employait tous les moyens militaires disponibles accidentellement exploitation du travail algérien dans les usines et les mines , le développement européen de l'industrie là-bas, mais la politique de déplacement de la jeunesse algérienne vers métropole ainsi que la migration volontaire a donné lieu à beaucoup de réflexions qui ont quitté l'écoute culturel au sein de la société algérienne encore affluents s'étend aux générations actuelles à la lumière du phénomène croissant de doublé et ses effets dans les relations entre les deux peuples.
