دور تدقيق الجودة في ضمان جودة التعليم العالي في الجزائري

Abstract

تسعى الدراسة لتقييم جودة أداء الاستاذ الجامعي بتقييم ميدان التكوين في جامعة أدرار على أساس معايير المرجع الوطني لضمان الجودة والوقوف على مختلف اللجان الفاعلة في إطار ضمان الجودة في الجزائر ، تم االعتماد على دراسة تطبيقية مقارنة سنتي 2018 و2019 سواء ما تعلق بمساهمة الاستاذ الجامعي في وضع وتطوير عروض وبرامج التكوين أو ما تعلق بمرافقة الطالب في تكوينه، أو أدائه فيما تعلق بتحديث ومتابعة المواد التعليمية لتقييم عروض التكوين ومعايير التكوين في الدكتوراه، توصلت الدراسة إلى أن تقييم ميدان تكوين االاستاذ الجامعي أقل من المتوسط بلغ )45.1 )من )4 )بسبب عدم مواكبة الاستاذ الجامعي المعايير ضمان الجودة. وحداثة العمل بمعايير ضمان الجودة في الجزائر ، أوصت الدراسة بضرورة تطبيق معايير االمرجع الوطني والتي من شأنها أن تحسن أداء الاستاذ الجامعي باعتباره احد الفاعلين المر الذي يسهل حتما تنفيذ مشروع المؤسسة الجامعة أدرار.

The study seeks to evaluate the quality of the professor’s performance by evaluating the training field at the University of Adrar on the basis of the criteria of the National Reference for Quality Assurance and the identification of the various active committees in the framework of quality assurance in Algeria. Training offers and programs or related to accompanying the student in his training, or his performance in relation to updating and following-up educational materials to assess training offers and training standards in the PhD, The study found that the evaluation of the field of university professor training less than the average amounted to (1.45) out of (4) because the university professor did not keep up with the quality assurance standards. And the novelty of working with quality assurance standards in Algeria, the study recommended the need to apply the standards of the national reference, which would improve the performance of the university professor as one of the actors, which inevitably facilitates the implementation of the university institution project Adrar.
