التعليم العالي وإشكالية سوق الشغل في الجزائر

Abstract

إن الجامعة يمكنها الارتباط أكثر بمحيطها الخارجي من خلال نجاعة وفعالية مدخلاتها بما فيها محتوى التكوين بدلاً من الانغلاق على نفسها وتقديم كل ما هو نظري وبعيداً عن الواقع الاجتماعي، فكيف يكون التكوين فعالاً في فروع تقنية وتكنولوجية دون ورشات للتطبيق أو كيف للمهندس الاندماج في عملية ولم يلق تكوينه العلمي الكافي والمطلوب في تخصصه. فالجامعة الجزائرية رغم التغيرات التي طرأت عليها منذ إنشائها سنة 1909 خاصة على المستوى الكمي والإصلاحات التي سايرتها منذ سنة (1971) حتى التغيرات الراهنة بما فيها تبني نظام LMD الجديد، مطالبة بتحديات العصر في ظل التنمية الاقتصادية التي يعيشها المجتمع الجزائري والذي فرضها النظام الاقتصادي العالمي بتفعيل علاقة الشراكة بين التقنين وذلك بتثمين مخرجات الجامعة في المؤسسة وكذا التشجيع خاصة البحث العلمي والوصول به إلى الغاية المنشودة كل هذا يسمح بنجاح الجامعة وتفعيل دورها ومهامها في النسق الكلي الذي يشكله المجتمع ومواكبة المستوى المتقدم للجامعات العالمية

The university can relate more to its external environment through the efficiency and effectiveness of its inputs, including the content of the training instead of closing in on itself and providing everything that is theoretical and far from the social reality, so how can training be effective in technical and technological branches without application workshops, or how can an engineer integrate into a process that has not met His scientific training is sufficient and required in his specialization. The Algerian University, despite the changes that have occurred to it since its inception in 1909, especially at the quantitative level, and the reforms that it has followed since 1971 until the current changes, including the adoption of the new LMD system, is demanding the challenges of the age in light of the economic development experienced by the Algerian society, which was imposed by the global economic system by activating The relationship of partnership between legalization by valuing the university’s outputs in the institution, as well as encouraging scientific research to reach the desired goal. All this allows the university’s success and activation of its role and tasks in the overall pattern formed by society and keeping pace with the advanced level of international universities
