Conception et étude d’un bâtiment R+7 en BA à usage multiple dallé par un système planchers mixtes (réticulé et corps creux)

Abstract

Ce projet présent une étude détaillée d’un bâtiment à usage d’habitation et commercial constitué d'un sous-sol et d'un Rez de chaussée plus (07) étages par un système planchers mixtes (réticulés et corps creux), implanté dans la commune de ABI-YOUCEF de Ain EL Hammam wilaya de TIZI OUZOU cette dernière est classée selon les règlements parasismiques Algériens (RPA 99/version2003) comme une zone de moyenne sismicité (Zone IIa).Pour les calculs et les vérifications du béton armé les règlements (RPA99V2003 et B.A.E.L91 modifié99) ont été utilisés, Cette étude est divisée en cinq chapitres :

Le premier est consacré à la description générale du projet avec une présentation de caractéristiques des matériaux, ensuite le prédimensionnement de la structure et enfin la descente des charges. Dans l'étape suivante, nous étudions l'histoire, l'origine et l'évolution des panneaux de treillis ainsi qu'un aperçu des différentes applications architecturales de ce type de plancher. Le troisième chapitre a pour objectif d'étudie les éléments secondaires (poutrelles, escaliers, acrotère, balcon, ascenseur). L'étude dynamique de la structure a été traitée dans le quatrième chapitreà l’aide du logiciel « SAP2000 », afin de déterminer les différentes sollicitations dues aux chargements (charges permanentes, d'exploitation et surtout par les charges sismiques). En fin l’étude des éléments résistants de la structure (poteaux, poutres, voiles, radier général) sont calculés et on termine le travail par une conclusion générale.

This work presents a detailed study of a residential and commercial building consisting of a basement and a ground floor plus (08) floors by a mixed slabs system (reticulated, hollow- blocks floor), located in the municipality of ABI-YOUCEF of Ain EL Hammam wilaya of TIZI OUZOU. The latter is classified according to the Algerian earthquake resistant regulations RPA99version 2003, as an area of medium seismicity (Zone IIa).For the calculations and the verifications of the reinforced concrete the modified RPA99V2003 and BAEL91mod99) were used.

This study is divided into four chapters:

The first one is devoted to the general description of the project with a presentation of the characteristics of the materials, then the pre-dimensioning of the structure and finally the descent of the loads.

In the next step, we study the history, origin and evolution of lattice panels as well as an overview of the different architectural applications of this type of flooring.

The third part aims to study the secondary elements (beams, stairs, parapet (acroter), balcony, elevator, and full slab).

The dynamic study of the structure was treated in the fourth part by the SAP2000 software in order to determine the different loading loads (permanent loads, operating loads and especially by seismic loads).

At the end, the study of the resistant elements of the structure (columns, beams, concrete walls, and general raft) are calculated and, the work ends with a general conclusion

يقدم هذا المشروع دراسة تفصيلية لمبنى سكني وتجاري يتألف من طابق سفلي وطابق أرضي بالإضافة إلى (07) طوابق بنظام الأرضيات المختلطة (الألواح الشبكية ,الهيئة الجوفاء ) بمنطقة أبي يوسف بلدیة عين الحمام بولایة تبزي وزو المصنفة ضمن المنطقة الزلزالیة رقم Iiaحسب المركز الوطني للبحث المطبق هندسة مقاومة الزلازل باستخدام القواعد الجدیدة للحساب والتحقق من الخرسانة المسلحة (RPA99V2003 ، BAEL91 modifié99) ، قسمت ھهذه الدراسة إلى أربعة أجزاء كما يلي :

الجزء الأول:یبدأ بالوصف العام للمشروع، ثم إعطاء الأبعاد الأولیة للعناصر المكونة له مع عرض خصائص المواد و حمولة لكل عنصر. الجزء الثاني: ندرس تاريخ واصل وتطور الألواح الشبكية بالإضافة إلى نظرة عامة على التطبيقات المعمارية المختلفة لهذا النوع من الأرضيات .

الجزء الثالث :یھدف إلى دراسة العناصر الثانویة للبنایة.

الجزء الرابع :یتضمن الدراسة الدینامیكیة للبنایة بواسطة الحاسوب.

الجزء الخامس و الأخیر:یشمل على دراسة الأجزاء المقاومة للبنایة(الأعمدة، الروافد،الجدران المسلحة و الأساسات)
