استخدام تطبیقات الذكاء الاصطناعي في تحسین عملیة اتخاذ القرار في المؤسسة الاقتصادیة

Abstract

تهدف الدراسة إلى معرفة استخدام تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي في تحسين عملية اتخاذ القرار في المؤسسة الاقتصادية (شركة إنتاج الكهرباء و الغاز بأدرار) باعتبارها إحدى المؤسسات المستخدمة لهذه التقنيات الحديثة. تم جمع البيانات باستعمال إستبانة وزعت على عينة الدراسة والمكونة من 70 موظف. وبعد تحليل البيانات توصلنا إلى أنه يوجد أثر ذو دلالة معنوية لاستخدام تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي بأبعاده الثلاث (التدريب والتطوير، الملائمة، الفعالية) في تحسين عملية اتخاذ القرار بأبعاده المتمثلة في )البعد الزمني، جودة القرار، قبول القرار).

This study aims to know the use of artificial intelligence applications in improving the decision-making process in the Economic Corporation (Adrar Electricity and Gas Production Company) as one of the institutions using these modern technologies. The data were collected using a questionnaire distributed to the study sample consisting of 70 employees. After analyzing the data, we concluded that there is a significant impact of the use of artificial intelligence applications in its three dimensions (training and development, suitability, effectiveness) in improving the decision-making process with its dimensions (time dimension, decision quality, decision acceptance).
