المقاولاتية الإجتماعية ودورها في التنمية المستدامة

Abstract

يتلخص موضوع هذه الدراسة في إبراز العلاقة وتحديد درجة الأثر بين المنظمات والمشاريع التي تكتسب صفة المقاولات الاجتماعية من جهة، وتحقيق أهداف التنمية المستدامة المتفق عليها دوليا آفاق سنة 2030 من جهة أخرى، حيث وبعد الإشارة لمختلف المفاهيم النظرية المتعلقة بمتغيري الدراسة والتحدث عن واقعهما بالجزائر، عمدنا إلى إجراء دراسة ميدانية على عينة من منظمات قطاع الاقتصاد التضامني والاجتماعي بهدف تقييم مدى مساهمتها في تحقيق أهداف التنمية المستدامة في الجزائر، معتمدين في ذلك على المنهج الوصفي وعلى استبانة صممت كأداة لجمع البيانات من عينة الدراسة، وقد خلصنا إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها أن المقاولاتية الاجتماعية تعد كأحد الآليات المبتكرة والمساهمة في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة، مما جعلنا نوصي بدعم مشاريعها ونشر ثقافتها بين كل الفئات والفاعلين في المجتمع ليتم الاندماج في أنشطتها وتطويرها .

The subject of this study is to highlight the relationship and determine the degree of impact between organizations and projects that acquire the status of social enterprise on the one hand and achieve the internationally agreed sustainable development goals 2030 horizons on the other, after referring to the various theoretical concepts related to the variables of the study and talking about their reality in Algeria, we conducted a field study on a sample of organizations of the solidarity and social economy sector with the aim of assessing the extent of their contribution to achieving the sustainable development goals in Algeria. We have also used the descriptive approach and a questionnaire designed as a tool , to collect data from the sample of the study. At the end, we have come to a set of results, the most important of which is that social entrepreneurship is one of the innovative mechanisms that contribute to achieving sustainable development, which led us to recommend supporting its projects and spreading its culture among all groups and actors in society to integrate into its activities and develop it .
