dc.description.abstractتهدف دراستنا إلى محاولة معرفة ظاهرة الغياب والتغيب وأثرها على فعالية التنظيمية، وهي دراسة ميدانية بالمؤسسة العمومية للصحة الجوارية بأدرار والتي انطلقت من التساؤل التالي: هل ظاهرة الغياب والتغيب تؤثر حتماً على فعالية المؤسسة؟ وللإجابة على هذا التساؤل اعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي الملائم لطبيعة الموضوع، وهذا باستخدام أداة الاستمارة لجمع البيانات، حيث توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود أسباب وأنواع الغياب والتغيب الذي يعيق نمو المؤسسات وتطورها، ويعد أحد المشاكل الحقيقية التي تعرقل العملية التنظيمية داخلها.en_US
dc.description.abstractOur study aims to try to know the phenomenon of absenteeism and absenteeism and its impact on organizational effectiveness. It is a field study at the Public Authority for Neighborhood Health in Adrar, which started from the following question: Does the phenomenon of absenteeism and absenteeism definitely affect the organization’s effectiveness? To answer this question, we relied on the descriptive approach appropriate to the nature of the topic, and this is by using the form tool to collect data, as the study found the causes and types of absence and absenteeism that hinder the growth and development of institutions, and is one of the real problems that impede the organizational process within them.
