إزدواجية اللغة وانعكاسها على الاتصال التنظيمي

Abstract

للغة أهمية في عملية الاتصال بين الافراد والجماعات وبها يتم تبادل المعلومات والاشارات والرسائل في مواقف كثيرة ومختلفة ، كما أن اللغة هي وسيلة للتعبير عند الانسان والاداة الرئيسية في عملية التواصل ، وقد توصلنا من خلال الدراسة أن الازدواجية لا تأثر عملية الاتصال وهذا راجع إل كون أفراد المنظمة لديهم القدرة على كتابة وفهم كل ما هو باللغة العربية والفرنسية ، بالإضافة الى التخاطب بها وهذا يسهل في عملية الاتصال داخل المؤسسة وعليه فالازدواجية اللغوية تعتبر مشكل الا إذا عجز العمال عن فهم تعليمة بلغة غير واضحة وغير مفهومة .

Language is important in the process of communication between individuals and groups, and with it information, signals and messages are exchanged in many different situations, and language is a means of expression for humans and the main tool in the communication process, and we have concluded through the study that duplication does not affect the communication process and this is due to the fact that the members of the organization They have the ability to write and understand everything that is in Arabic and French, in addition to communicating with it, and this facilitates the communication process within the institution. Therefore, linguistic duplication is a problem unless the workers are unable to understand an instruction in an unclear and incomprehensible language.
