دور الابتكارات المالية في تعزيز الاستقرار المالي للبنوك الاسلامية

Abstract

تعبر الابتكارات المالية عن مختلف الإجراءات والتدابير التي تؤدي إلى تلبية احتياجات المجتمع المالي، سواء بإعادة تأهيل منتجات قائمة أو بتطويرها أو بتصميم منتجات بديلة مبتكرة تكون قابلة للتنفيذ والتحقيق ضمن قواعد الشريعة الاسلامية وضوابطها، وقد لقى موضوع الابتكارات المالية اهتمام بالغ من قبل المؤسسات المالية الاسلامية نظرا لدورها في تلبية الاحتياجات التمويلية. هدفنا من خلال هذه الدراسة معرفة دور الابتكارات المالية في تحقيق الاستقرار المالي للبنوك الاسلامية من خلال التعرف على مختلف صيغ التمويل الإسلامي ومعرفة الخدمات المالية لبنك السلام ودورها في تحقيق الاستقرار المالي للبنك. وقد توصلنا من خلال هذه الدراسة إلى أن الابتكار المالي في الصيرفة الاسلامية يعد من أهم عوامل استقرار المصارف ويعزز قدرتها على المنافسة، وقد كان بنك السلام من السباقين إلى تطوير إدارة هذه المخاطر.

Financial innovations express the various procedures and measures that lead to meeting the needs of the financial community, whether by rehabilitating existing products or developing them, or by designing innovative alternative products that are implementable and investigated within the rules and regulations of Islamic law, and the issue of financial innovations has received great attention by Islamic financial institutions due to For its role in meeting financing needs, our goal, through this study, is to know the role of financial innovations in achieving financial stability for Islamic banks by identifying the various forms of Islamic financing and knowing the financial services of Al Salam Bank and its role in achieving the financial stability of the bank. We have concluded through this study that financial innovation in Islamic banking is one of the most important factors for stabilizing the work of banks and enhancing their ability to compete. Al Salam Bank was one of the pioneers to develop the management of these risks.
