Détermination des polyphénols du Cistanche tinctoria et évaluation de leur pouvoir antioxydant

Abstract

البوليفينول عبارة عن مركبات ايضية ثانوية نباتية لها العديد من الخصائص البيولوجية مثل القوة المضادة للأكسدة. يهدف هذا العمل إلى استخلاص المركبات الفينولية من بصيلات Cistanche tinctoria بنظام المذيبات الثلاثي المكون من الميثانول / الأسيتون / الماء ؛ 7/7/6 ؛ V / V / V. يتم تحديد البوليفينول والفلافونويد والعفص المكثف ، عن طريق قياس شدة اللون ، في المستخلص الخام الذي تم الحصول عليه. يتم تقييم القوة المضادة للأكسدة للمستخلص الخام بواسطة تقنية DPPH. أظهرت النتائج أن بصيلات Cistanche tinctoria غنية بالبوليفينول والفلافونويد والعفص المكثف بمحتويات 16.14 مجم EAG / جم MS و 11.31 مجم EC / جم MS و 97.14 مجم / 100 جم MS على التوالي. أظهر اختبار DPPH أن المستخلص الخام لبصيلات Cistanche tinctoria لديه إمكانات كبيرة مضادة للجذور الحرة الملحوظة مع القيمة EC50 حددت ب87.47 مجم / جم DPPH. أخيرًا ، يمكن لغنى Cistanche tinctoria بالبوليفينول أن يُفسر اللجوء إلى استخدامها في الطب التقليدي.

Polyphenols are secondary metabolites of plants which have many biological properties such as antioxidant power. The aim of this work is to extract the phenolic compounds from the bulbs of Cistanche tinctoria with a ternary solvent system composed of methanol / acetone / water; 7/7/6; V / V / V. Polyphenols, flavonoids and condensed tannins are determined, by colorimetry, in the obtained crude extract. The antioxidant power of the crude extract is assessed by the DPPH method. The results revealed that the bulbs of Cistanche tinctoria are rich in polyphenols, flavonoids, and condensed tannins with contents of 16.14 mg EAG / g MS, 11.31 mg EC / g MS, 97.14 mg / 100 g MS respectively. The DPPH test showed that the crude extract from the bulbs of Cistanche tinctoria has a notable free radical scavenging capacity with an EC50 determined at 87.47 mg / g DPPH. Finally, the richness of the bulbs of Cistanche tinctoria in polyphenols could explain its use in traditional medicine.

Les polyphénols sont des métabolites secondaires des plantes qui ont de maintes propriétés biologiques que tel que le pouvoir antioxydant. Ce travail a pour but de procéder une extraction des composés phénoliques des bulbes du Cistanche tinctoria avec un système de solvant « ternaire » composé de méthanol/acétone/eau ; 7/7/6 ; V/V/V. Les polyphénols, les flavonoïdes, les tanins condensés sont dosés, par colorimétrie, dans l’extrait brut ainsi obtenu. Le pouvoir antioxydant de l’extrait brut est évalué par la méthode DPPH. Les résultats ont révélé que les bulbes du Cistanche tinctoria sont riches en polyphénols, flavonoïdes, et tanins condensés avec des teneurs de 16,14 mg EAG/g MS, 11,31 mg EC/ g MS, 97,14 mg / 100 g MS respectivement. Le test DPPH a montré que l’extrait brut des bulbes du Cistanche tinctoria a un potentiel anti radicalaire notable avec une EC50 de 87,47 mg/ g DPPH. Enfin, la richesse des bulbes du Cistanche tinctoria en polyphénols pourrait expliquer le recours à son utilisation dans la médecine traditionnelle.
