تخطيط الإنتاج ودوره في تحسين أداء المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة

Abstract

تهدف الدراسة إلى إبراز دور تخطيط الإنتاج في تحسين أداء المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة، باعتبار أن لتخطيط الإنتاج أهمية كبيرة داخل المؤسسات حيث يتوافق مع استراتيجيات الشركة والأهدافها. وبغرض الإجابة على إشكالية الدراسة تم التطرق في الجانب النظري إلى أهم مفاهيم تخطيط الإنتاج والأداء في المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة.أما الجانب التطبيقي وبهدف الإلمام بالجانب النظري تم إجراء دراسة ميدانية في مؤسسة إيباش للأشغال العامة في ولاية أدرار. فقد توصلنا من خلال هذه الدراسة إلى أن المؤسسة تعتمد على التخطيط في عملياتها الإنتاجية لضمان إنتاج منتجات ذات أرباح عالية بأقل التكاليف الممكنة. ومن خلال الإشكالية استخلصنا أن تخطيط الإنتاج يساهم في تحسين أداء مؤسسة إيباش وذلك بإتباع منهجيته الخاصة والتي تركز على تقييم الأداء الفعلي والأداء المخطط، وتقييم ربحية المؤسسة.

The study aims to highlight the role of production planning in improving the performance of small and medium enterprises given that production planning is of great importance within institutions as it corresponds to the companys strategies to the company’s strategies and objectives. For the purpose of answering the problem of the study, the theoretical aspect if the most important concepts of production planning and performance in small and medium enterprises was discussrd as for the practical cite, a field study was conducted at ibash public works, the state of adrar . We have concluded through this study that the corporation relies on planning in its production processes to ensure the production of high-profit produce tat the lowest possible costs. Through this problem, we concluded that production planning contributes to improving the performance of Ibash Corporation by folowing its own methodology, wich focuses on planned performance, and assessing the profitability of the institution.
