متطلبات تفعيل آليات مكافحة الفساد المالي في الجزائر

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى كيفية تفعيل آليات مكافحة الفساد في الجزائر، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم الإعتماد على المنهج الوصفي بالإضافة إلى المنهج التحليلي للمعطيات والأرقام الخاصة بالفساد والمنهج التاريخي من خلال تتبع التطور التاريخي لظاهرة الفساد وترتيبها في بعض المؤشرات، فيما كانت أهم النتائج عدم فعالية وجدوى المؤسسات والهيئات التي رصدتها الجزائر لمحاربة هذه الظاهرة بالرغم من تعددها وتنوعها وذلك لعدم منحها الإستقلالية الكافية والسلطات اللازمة للقيام بدورها بكل حرية.

This study aims at how to activate anti-corruption mechanisms in Algeria, and in order to achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive approach was used in addition to the analytical method for data and figures on corruption and the historical method by tracking the historical development of the phenomenon of corruption and its arrangement in some indicators, while the most important results were the ineffectiveness and usefulness of institutions And the bodies that Algeria has monitored to fight this phenomenon despite its multiplicity and diversity, due to the failure to grant them sufficient independence and the necessary powers to play their role freely.
