عقوبة الردة وأثرها على حرية المعتقد

Abstract

نتناول في هذا البحث موضوع: عقوبة الرِّدة وأثرها على حرية الاعتقاد دراسة مقارنة بين الفقه الإسلامي والقانون الدُّولي، ومحاولة منا، من أجل الإلمام بالموضوع قسمنا هذا البحث إلى مقدمة وخاتمة ومبحثين، المبحث الأول تكلمنا فيه عن: مفهوم حرية الاعتقاد وأسسها في الفقه الإسلامي والقانون، وفي المبحث الثاني: ينصب حول حرية الاعتقاد ومشكلة عقوبة الردة.

We discuss in this research a topic: the punishment of apostasy and its impact on freedom of belief a comparative study between Islamic jurisprudence and international law and an attempt by us and for the sake of familiarity with the topic we divided this research into an introduction conclusion and two topics the first topic we talked about: the concept of freedom of belief and its foundations in Islamic jurisprudence and law in the second topic: it focuses on freedom of belief and the problem of apostasy.
