دور معايير التقييم في اتخاذ القرار الاستثماري

Abstract

تهدف دراسة تقييم المشاريع في الوكالة الوطنية لدعم وتشغيل الشباب ANSEJ فرع وكالة أدرار إلى محاولة إجراء تقييم اقتصادي للمشاريع الاستثمارية من أجل قياس ربحيتها ومعرفة مدى صلاحية المشاريع الاستثمارية المقترحة, أو معرفة ما هو القرار الاستثماري المناسب تبنيه في ضل التوقعات والعوائد طول العمر الافتراضي. ولأجل هذا قمنا بتطبيق أسلوب تقييم المشروعات الاستثمارية على المشاريع الممنوحة من طرف وكالة دعم وتشغيل الشباب فرع أدرار, وتوصلت من خلال هاته الدراسة إلى أن المشاريع الاستثمارية المقدمة من طرف الوكالة مقبولة.

The project evaluation study at the National Agency for Youth Support and Employment (ANSEJ), the Adrar Agency branch, aims to try to conduct an economic evaluation of investment projects in order to measure their profitability and to know the validity of the proposed investment projects, or to know what is the appropriate investment decision to adopt in light of expectations and returns along the life span. For this reason, we have applied the method of evaluating investment projects on projects granted by the Agency for Support and Employment of Youth, Adrar Branch, and I concluded through this study that the investment projects presented by the Agency are acceptable.
