تسيير واقع الضمانات البنكية في البنوك الإسلامية

Abstract

تهدف الدراسة لتعرف على تسيير واقع الضمانات البنكية في البنوك الإسلامية مصرف السلام-الجزائر, وذلك من أجل تم التطرق لمختلف المفاهيم المتعلقة بالضمانات البنكية, وقد تم اتباع المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لكونه ملائما لعرض المفاهيم المرتبطة بالضمانات البنكية في البنوك الإسلامية, مع الاستعانة بمنهج دراسة حالة. وقد خرجت الدراسة بمجموعة من النتائج أهمها: أن للضمانات البنكية دور كبير وفعال في ترقية البنوك الإسلامية، وتغطية المخاطر المصاحبة لها, وهناك من يعتبر أن الضمان الإحتياطي نوع من الكفالة, ولنفرق بينهما نقول أن الضمان الإحتياطي خاص بالأوراق التجارية لكن كلاهما يعتبر من الضمانات الشخصية, والبنوك الإسلامية تخلق جو من الثقة والضمان لدى متعامليها.

The study aims to know the functioning of the reality of Banks guarantees in Islamic Banks Al Salam Banks-Algeria in order to address the various concepts related to Bank guarantees and the descpritive analytical approach has been followed as it is appropriate to present the concepts related to bank guarantees in Islamic Banks with the help of a case study approach. The study came out with a set of results the mots important of which are: that bank guarantees have a large and effective role in promoting islamic Banks and covering the risks associated with them, and htere are those who consider that the reserve guarantee is a kind of guarantee, and to differentiate between them, we say that the reserve guarantee is for commercial papers, but both are considered personal guarantees. And Islamic Banks create an atmosphere of confidence and security for their dealers.
