تأثير واختلاف معايير تقييم المشاريع الإستثمارية في اتخاذ القرارات في المؤسسات الإقتصادية

Abstract

قد تناولنا في هذه الدراسة موضوع تأثير أنساق معايير تقييم المشاريع الإستثمارية في اتخاذ القرارات في المؤسسات الاقتصادية، لذا نصت صيانة الاشكالية الرئيسية التالية: هل تأثير أختلافات معايير تقييم المشاريع على قرارات الاستثمار في المؤسسات الاقتصادية؟ وقد هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى أهم العوامل التي تأثر على القرارات الاستثمارية ودور المعايير المستخدمة في المشاريع الاستثمارية في مساعدة المستثمر على اتخاذ القرار ومن أجل ذلك تمت الإحاطة بمفاهيم دول متغيرات الدراسة في الجانب النظري ثم أسقاط الدراسة في الجانب التطبيقي على أحدى المؤسسات الاقتصادية والمتمثلة في بنك الفلاحة والتنمية الريفية. أعتمدت الدراسة على مختلف الوثائق والميزانيات المقدمة من طرف الوكالة، حيث تم تحليل الميزانيات بالإضافة إلى حساب مختلف النسب المالية ومؤشرات التوازن المالي في المؤسسة بالاعتماد على نموذج لإحدى المشاريع المقدمة من قبل المؤسسة. من خلال نتائج الدراسة تم التواصل إلى أن البنك لا يعتمد عل معيار معين أو يكفي به بل يعمل بمعايير مكملة لبعضها البعض في التقييم المالي، وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة مراعاة الدقة في الدراسة المالية المشروع وذلك بمراعاة الدقة في تقديم العوائد المتوقعة من المشروع وتكاليف الممكن تحملها.

We have dealt with in this study the issue of the impact of the consistency of investment project evaluation criteria on decision-making in economic institutions. Therefore, the following main problem was stipulated: Do the differences in project evaluation criteria affect investment decisions in economic institutions? This study aimed at the most important factors that affect investment decisions and the role of criteria used in investment projects in helping the investor to make a decision, and for that the concepts of the countries of the study variables were briefed in the theoretical side, and then the study was dropped in the practical side on one of the economic institutions represented in the Bank of Agriculture And rural development. The study relied on the various documents and budgets submitted by the agency, as the budgets were analyzed in addition to calculating the various financial ratios and indicators of financial balance in the institution based on a model of one of the projects submitted by the institution. Through the results of the study, it was communicated that the bank does not rely on a specific standard or is sufficient with it, but rather works with complementary standards for each other in the financial evaluation, and the study recommended the necessity of observing the accuracy in the project financial study, taking into account the accuracy in presenting the expected returns from the project and the costs that can be borne.
