آليات التنبؤ بالفشل المالي في المؤسسات الاقتصادية

Abstract

تهدف دراستنا إلى التعرف على الأليات المعتمدة للتنبؤ بالفشل المالي في المؤسسات الاقتصادية، حيث قمنا بالتعرف على الفشل المالي وأهم مراحله بالإضافة إلى مختلف الأسباب التي أدت إلى ظهوره، كما قمنا بعرض طرق معالجة الفشل المالي التي تختلف تبعا لاختلاف حدة الفشل الذي يصيب المؤسسة، لذلك وجب القيام بعملية التشخيص لوضعيتها أولا ومن ثم اتخاذ الاجراءات المناسبة حسب كل حالة، كما تم عرض مختلف الأليات المعتمدة في التنبؤ بالفشل المالي والتي بنيت أساسا على التحليل المالي وهي: النماذج المعلمية مثل نموذج الثمان، النماذج اللامعلمية مثل نموذج الشبكات العصبية الاصطناعية، ولإسقاط الدراسة النظرية على أرض الواقع قمنا بدراسة حالة مؤسسة سونلغاز لإنتاج الكهرباء، من خلال تقييم وضعيتها المالية باستخدام مؤشرات التوازن المالي والنسب المالية التي بينت الوضعية الخطيرة التي تمر بها المؤسسة، وهذا ما أكده تطبيق نموذج ألثمان المعدل على المؤسسة والذي يعتبر ذا قدرة عالية في التنبؤ بالفشل في المؤسسات الاقتصادية.

This study aimed to identify the mechanisms adopted to predict financial failure in economic institutions, where we identified the financial failure and its most important stages in addition to the various reasons that led to its emergence, and we also presented methods to address financial failure that differ according to the different severity of failure that afflicts the institution, therefore The diagnostic process must be carried out to put it first and then take appropriate measures according to each case, as was the presentation of the various mechanisms adopted in predicting financial failure, which was built mainly on financial analysis, namely: parameter models such as the eight model, non-parametric models such as the artificial neural networks model To drop the theoretical study on the ground, we have studied the case of the Sonelgaz Corporation for Electricity Production, by assessing its financial position using indicators of financial balance and financial ratios that showed the dangerous situation the institution is going through, and this is confirmed by the application of the modified eighth model to the institution, which is considered to be highly predictable Failing in economic institutions.
