سياسات التوظيف في المؤسسات العمومية

Abstract

تتناول هذه الدراسة موضوع سياسة التوظيف في المؤسسات العمومية في الجزائر ، وهذا من خلال الكشف عن الأطر المفاهيمية لكل من الوظيفة العامة والموظف العام . كما تسلط الضوء إلى قواعد الالتحاق بالوظيفة العامة من مبادئ وشروط التي نظمها قانون الوظيف العمومي ، هذا الأخير الذي نوع طرق التوظيف بما يتناسب مع مختلف الإدارات والمؤسسات العمومية .

This study deals with the issue of employment policy in public institutions in Algeria, by revealing the conceptual frameworks for both the public office and the public employee. It also sheds light on the principles and conditions for joining the public office, which are regulated by the Public Employment Act, so that it diversified the methods of recruitment to suit various public administrations and institutions.
