استخدام نماذج شبكات الأعمال الحديثة في تخطيط ومراقبة المشاريع

Abstract

تهدف الدراسة إلى التعرف على نماذج التحليل الشبكي وكيفية استخدامها في التخطيط للمشاريع ومتابعتها، وهذا من أجل إبراز وتبيان الدور الذي تلعبه هاته النماذج في تحليل أنشطة المشروع والتنبؤ في تقدير مدة إتمام المشروع بشكل دقيق وعلمي، إضافة إلى ضمان السيطرة على مراحل إنجازه وكذا مراقبة المشروع مراقبة قبلية وبعدية ومتزامنة لفترة تنفيذه من أجل تدارك الأخطاء وتصحيحها قبل وقوعها، وبغرض إسقاط الموضوع محل الدراسة على مشروع إنجاز شبكة الإنارة العمومية تم الإستعانة ببرنامج WINQSB، وقد أجريت الدراسة التطبيقية في شركة IBACHEللأشغال العامة متبعين في هذا المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لعرض وتحليل المعطيات والبيانات المتعلقة بمتغيرات الدراسة، و على العموم توصلت الدراسة إلى أن أساليب PERT وCPM تعتبر من أكثر النماذج مسايرة لتطور المشاريع وتعدد أنشطتها، كما إقترحت الباحثتين في الختام على المؤسسة أنه وبسبب ضعف تخطيط ومراقبة مدة إنجاز المشروع ضرورة تبني هذه النماذج الناجحة التي أثبتت نجاعتها في الضبط الفعال للمشروع والتحكم فيه.

The study aims to identify network analysis models and highlight the role that these models play in analyzing project activities and forecasting in estimating the project completion period accurately and scientifically, not only this, but also to ensure control over the stages of its completion as well as to monitor the project pre-, post- and simultaneous monitoring for the period of its implementation in order to remedy The errors and correcting them before their occurrence, and with the aim of dropping the subject under study to the project of achieving a public lighting network, the WINQSB program was used, and the applied study was carried out in the" IBACH" Company for Public Works, following this descriptive and analytical approach to present and analyze the data on the study variables, the study concluded that the methods of PERT and CPM It is considered one of the models most in line with the development of projects and the multiplicity of its activities. The two researchers also suggested in conclusion to the institution that, due to poor planning and monitoring of the project completion period, it is necessary to adopt these successful models that have proven successful in the effective control and control of the project.
