تعقبات الإمام ابن عاشور الفقيه والأصولية على العلماء في كتابه

Abstract

أشتمل موضوع دراستي على تعقبات الإمام الطاهر بن عاشور الفقهية والأصولية في كتابه كشف المغطى من المعاني والألفاظ الواقعة في الموطأ حيث عقب على الأئمة والعلماء فيه وصوب العديد من الألفاظ التي قد يكون فيها غموض وصعوبة بالنسبة لطلبة العلم.

The subject of my study included the tracts of Imam al-Taher ibn Ashour of jurisprudence and fundamentalism in his book Kashf al-Mughla of meanings and expressions located in al-Muwatta, where he commented on the imams and scholars in it and directed many expressions that may be ambiguous and difficult for students of knowledge.
