أثر مراقبة تسيير المخزون على جودة الخدمات الجامعية المقدمة في الإقامات الجامعية- الإطعام والإيواء-

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة أثر مراقبة تسيير المخزون على جودة خدمات الإطعام والإيواء المقدمة للطلبة في الإقامات الجامعية، وذلك من خلال تسليط الضوء على وظيفة مراقبة تسيير المخزون في مديرية الخدمات الجامعية ومحاولة التعرف على دورها في تقديم خدمات إطعام وإيواء مرضية للطلبة المقيمين في الإقامات التابعة للمديرية؛ لذلك تمت معالجة الموضوع من خلال طرح التساؤل:" ما مدى تأثير مراقبة تسيير المخزون على جودة خدمات الإطعام والإيواء المقدمة في الإقامات الجامعية؟".للإجابة على إشكالية الدراسة نتبع المنهج التحليل والمنهج الوصفي في الجانب النظري للدراسة؛ أما الدراسة الميدانية فيتم معالجتها باستخدام طريقة الاستبيان الذي يوزع على أفراد العينة المتمثلة في الطلبة المقيمين في الإقامات الجامعية لقياس درجة رضاهم عن الخدمات المقدمة لهم بالتركيز على أبعاد ومحددات الجودة، وكذالك العينة المتمثلة في الموظفين المستخدمين هناك لمعرفة واقع تطبيق الرقابة على تسيير المخزون في المديرية، ثم تحليل النتائج بعد معالجتها إحصائيا ببرنامج SPSSv23)(؛ ليتم التعرف على نوع العلاقة بين متغيرات الدراسة.

The study aims to find out the impact of controlling inventory management on the quality of services offered to students in university residencies. It highlights the function of controlling inventory management in the University Services Directorate, and tries to identify its role in providing satisfactory catering and accommodation services to students residing in residencies of the directorate. Therefore, the issue was addressed by asking: "what is the impact of controlling inventory management on the quality of catering and accommodation services provided in university residencies". To answer the problem of the study, we follow the descriptive and analytical approach in the theoretical side. The field study is processed using the questionnaire method that is distributed to the two sample members represented by the resident students and employees, in order to measure the students’ degree of satisfaction focusing on the dimensions of quality, and to discover the employees’ points of view about the application of controlling in the residencies. The results were analyzed after treating statistically with (SPSSv23) in order to identify the relationship between the study variables’.
