أثر تطبيق تكنولوجيا المعلومات على أداء العاملين

Abstract

سعت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على أثر تطبيق تكنولوجيا المعلومات على أداء العاملين نموذج تقنية جهاز البصمة بوحدة البحث في الطاقات المتجددة ف الوسط الصحراوي بأدرار. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم توزيع (82) استبيان والمتمثلة في الاستبانات الصالحة التحليل باستخدام برنامج Spss v2، وكانت أهم النتائج المتوصل إليها أنه يوجد أثر ذو دلالة إحصائيا لعوامل نموذج تقنية جهاز البصمة على أداء العاملين في المؤسسة محل الدراسة عند مستوى معنوية 5%، وفي ضوء تلك النتائج خلصت الدراسة الى جملة من التوصيات والمقترحات الضرورية للمؤسسة محل الدراسة من أجل إعطاء أهمية بشكل أكثر لتقنية جهاز البصمة خاصة وأننا في عصر التطور والرقمنة، ومن أهم ذلك ضرورة توفر مناخ عمل مناسب بناءً على العوامل الرئيسية لتقنية جهاز البصمة بُغيةَ تحقيق أداء مميز.

This study sought to identify the impact of Information Technology application on personnel performance in the model of fingerprint device technique in the Renewable Energy in Desert Environments Research Unit in Adrar. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, 82 questionnaires were distributed as questionnaires valid to analyze using the SPSS v2, The most important finding achieved, was that there is a statistically significant effect of the factors of the fingerprint device technique model on the personnel performance in the institution under study at the level of 5%, In light of these findings, the study concluded a number of recommendations and suggestions necessary to the institution in question, in order to give greater importance to the fingerprint device technique, especially during the time of development and digitization. The most important one of those, is the necessity to provide a suitable work environment based on the main factors of the fingerprint device technique in order to achieve a remarkable performance.
