Abstract

تتناول الدراسة مساهمة المجتمع المدني في تطوير أداء الجماعات المحلية وذلك من خلال نموذج يركز على دراسة دور المجتمع المدني في تعيين اداء الجماعات المحلية منة خلال المساحة المتاحة للمجتمع المدني في الجزائر حيث يعول على المجتمع المدني في الجزائر في تحسين اداء الجماعات المحلية من خلال التشريعات والقوانين التي كرست له هو الدور غير المعيقات التي تحول دون تأدية مؤسسات المجتمع المدني للأدوار المنوطة بها ولعل أهمها الاستقلال المالي لهذه المؤسسات بالإضافة للطابع التقليدي المدني الذي مازالت تتبعه في سير أعمالها.
