دور العامل التكنولوجي في تحسين سير المرفق العام

Abstract

يعتبر العامل التكنولوجي من أهم العوامل التي تساهم في تحسين سير المرفق العام من خلال جعله يساير التغيرات البيئية الخارجية ، و يحسن خدماته ، و يساوي بين المنتفعين لتحقيق المصلحة العامة التي تعتبر الغاية الرئيسية لإنشاء المرافق العامة و التي تضمن بقاءه و استمراره . و لقد حاولنا من خلال هذه الدراسة تسليط الضوء على أحد أهم المرافق العامة ألا و هي مؤسسة بريد الجزائر ، هذه الأخيرة استفادت من التكنولوجيا و وظفتها من أجل ضمان استمرارها و خدمة الصالح العام ، و لقد لاحظنا توفر العديد من الوسائل و التقنيات و التطبيقات التكنولوجية على مستوى هذا المرفق العام مما يدل على رغبة المشرفين على هذا القطاع في تطويره و جعله يساير التطورات البيئية المختلفة مما يزيد تحسين سيره و جودة خدماته.

The technological factor is one of the most important factors that contribute to improving the functioning of the public facility by keeping pace with external environmental changes, improving its services, and equalizes the beneficiaries to achieve the public interest, which is the main goal of the establishment of public facilities, which ensures its survival and continuity. We have tried through this study to highlight one of the most important public facilities, namely, The Post Of Algeria, the latter has benefited from the technology and employed it in order to ensure its continuity and serve the common good, and we have noticed the availability of many means, technologies and technological applications at the level of this public facility, which indicates the desire of the supervisors of this sector to develop it and keep pace with various environmental developments, which further improves its progress and quality of services.
