رعاية العجزة في الهدي القرآني و النبوي

Abstract

يهدف هذا البحث إلى إظهار الرعاية الكبيرة التي حظي بها العجزة في الهدي القرآني و النبوي؛ حيث بينت الدراسة قدر العجزة و منزلتهم العالية في الاسلام الذي جاء رحمة للعالمين؛ إذ بينت أن العجزة تطرأ عليهم تغيرات تتصف بالضعف الداخلي في الجسم والنفس، وآخر خارجي في الحالة الاقتصادية. وكيفية التعامل مع هذه التغيرات : بالرفق و الرحمة والاكرام و الإحسان و توقير العجزة على العموم. كما بينت الدراسة تلك الحقوق العظيمة التي ضمنها الإسلام للوالدين العجزة، سواء كانوا مسلمين أو غير مسلمين، و حفظ كرامة العجزة من أهل الذمة في السلم و الحرب، وضرب أسمى معاني الرحمة حتى عند التعامل مع الأعداء. كما بينت الدراسة لهذا الموضوع الهام، تلك التخفيفات و الرخص التي يختص بها العجزة في أبواب العبادات: الطهارة، والصلاة، و الزكاة، و الصوم، و الحج. و في آخر هذا البحث المتواضع بينت أهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها في دراسة هذا الموضوع .

This research aims to show the great care that the infirm has received in the Qur'anic and Prophetic delirium. The study showed the extent of the infirm and their high status in Islam, which came to the mercy of the worlds, as it showed that the disabled are undergoing changes characterized by internal weaknesses in the body and the soul, and external in the economic situation. And how to deal with it: compassion, compassion, charity and reverence for the elderly in general. The study also showed those great rights that Islam included for infirm parents, whether Muslim or non-Muslim, and preserving the dignity of the disabled in peace and war, and striking the highest meanings of mercy even when dealing with enemies. The study also showed this important topic, these dilutions and licenses that are specialized for the disabled in the doors of worship: purity, prayer, zakat, fasting and hajj. At the end of this modest research, i showed the most important findings in the study of this topic.
