ضوابط التعامل الاجتماعي بين الرجال والنساء

Abstract

تناولت الدراسة موضوع ضوابط التعامل بين الرجال والنساء من خلال كتاب "تحرير المرأة في عصر الرسالة "للشيخ عبد الحليم أبو شقة. وهدفنا من هذه الدراسة :التعريف بكتاب تحرير المرأة في عصر الرسالة الذي هو عبارة عن موسوعة العصر واستنباط ضوابط التعامل بين الرجال والنساء من خلال القرآن الكريم والسنة النبوية الصحيحة، وخلصنا إلى: أن الاسلام ساوى بين الرجل والمرأة في أصلي الانسانية والتكليف، وأن اللقاء بين الجنسين يحتاج إلى ضوابط ليكون ذا ثمار وهذه الضوابط إما مشتركة؛ فيجب على كل من الطرفين الالتزام بها وإما خاصة بالمرأة وحدها، والمسلم لا يستطيع الانعزال بسبب غياب بعض آداب اللقاء فعليه أن يعمل بقاعدة جلب المصالح ودرء المفاسد والنظر إلى المآلات، فإن وجد مصلحة في اللقاء أقدم وإن وجد مفسدة أحجم عن ذاك اللقاء.

The study dealt with the subject of controls on dealing between men and women through the book “The Emancipation of Women in the Age of Mission” by Sheikh Abdul Halim Abu Shaqqa. Our goal of this study is to introduce the book on the liberation of women in the era of the message, which is a collection of the era, and to devise controls for dealing between men and women through the Noble Qur’an and the authentic Sunnah of the Prophet. It needs controls to be fruitful, and these controls are either common; Each of the parties must adhere to it, either for the woman alone, and the Muslim cannot isolate because of the absence of some etiquette for the meeting, he must work according to the rule of bringing interests, warding off evil and looking at the consequences.
