Abstract

هدفت الدراسة للتعرف على اثر نظام التكوين الجامعي على التحصيل العلمي ولتحقيق أهداف البحث والإجابة عن الفرضيات, تضمنت الدراسة الجانب النظري والجانب التطبيقي ، وتم إتباع المنهج الوصفي الذي يتلاءم مع الطبيعة الدراسة على العينة القصدية ، وزعت الاستمارة على 32 أستاذ جامعي من مختلف الرتب العلمية كما تم جمع البيانات بواسطة الملاحظة المباشرة وبالمشاركة وترجمة البيانات المتحصل عليها من كمية إلى كيفية في شكل نسب مئوية وبعد تحليلها وتفسيرها توصلنا إلى نتائج التالية: - يؤثر نظام التكوين في الجامعة على التحصيل العلمي. -لا يوجد تباين في فرص التوظيف بين خريجي النظامين. - لدمج الخريجين في سوق العمل لابد من الربط بين سوق العمل والجامعة. - للحصول على أفضل النتائج في نظام ل, م, د لابد من توفير كل الإمكانيات الضرورية المادية والبشرية لذالك.

The study aimed to identify the effect of the university training system on academic achievement and to achieve the research objectives and answer the hypotheses, the study included the theoretical side and the practical side, and the descriptive approach that is compatible with the nature of the study was followed on the intended sample, and the form was distributed to 32 university professors of various scientific ranks as it was done Collecting data by direct observation and participation and translating the data obtained from quantity to quality in the form of percentages and after analyzing and interpreting them, we reached the following results: The university's training system affects educational achievement. There is no difference in employment opportunities between graduates of the two systems. To integrate graduates into the labor market, it is necessary to link the labor market with the university. - To obtain the best results in the LMD system, all the necessary material and human capabilities must be provided for that.
