دور التمويل الإسلامي في دعم وتفعيل الاستثمار في الجزائر

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على واقع التمويل الإسلامي في الجزائر و دوره في دعم و ترقية الاستثمار ، و بهدف تقييم كفاءة أداء المصارف الإسلامية في تمويل الاقتصاد تم إسقاط هذه الدراسة على مصرف السلام-الجزائر خلال الفترة الزمنية الممتدة من سنة 2013 إلى سنة 2019 ، تم الاعتماد فيها على المنهج الوصفي في الجانب النظري عند تطرقنا للمفاهيم العامة و الخاصة للتمويل الإسلامي و الاستثمار بمفهومه العام و المفهوم الإسلامي، أما في الجانب التطبيقي استخدمنا المنهج التحليلي أثناء دراسة إحصائيات تمويل الاستثمار في مصرف السلام-الجزائر. توصلنا من خلال هذه الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أبرزها : إن المؤشرات و الإحصائيات تبين أن مصرف السلام الجزائري قد حقق نتائج ايجابية وعوائد مرتفعة, و هذا إن دل عن شيء فيدل على زيادة الطلب على المنتجات التمويلية التي يقدمها في إطار تمويل الاستثمار.

This study aims to highlight the reality of Islamic finance in Algeria and its role in supporting and promoting investment, and with the aim of assessing the efficiency of the performance of Islamic banks in financing the economy this study was dropped on the Bank of ALSALAM Bank-Algeria during the period of time from 2013 to 2019, which was based on the descriptive approach in the theoretical aspect when dealing with the general and private concepts of Islamic finance and investment in the general and Islamic concept, but in the practical aspect we used the analytical approach during the course of the Study investment finance statistics ALSALAM Bank- Algeria. Through this study we have reached a set of results, the most prominent of which are: the indicators and statistics show that the Algerian Peace Bank has achieved positive results and high returns, and this indicates anything that indicates an increase in demand for the financing products it offers in the framework of investment finance.
