تأثير مختلف صيغ التمويل للاستثمارات الفلاحية على مردوديتها المالية

Abstract

حاولنا في هذه الدراسة معرفة تأثير مختلف صيغ تمويل للاستمارات الفلاحية على مردوديتها المالية بحيث قمنا بالتعرف على صغتين لتمويل ألفلاحي الأكثر طلبا من طرف زبائن المؤسسة؛ حيث إن هناك عدت صيغ لتمويل إلا إن الزبون يعتمد على هذان الصيغتين هما قرض التحدي و القرض الايجاري لأنهما يحققان عائد اكبر؛ ولتحقيق هذا الغرض قمنا بإجراء دراسة في بنك الفلاحة والتنمية الريفية بوكالة أولف من خلال دراسة تأثير مختلف صيغ تمويل الاستثمارات الفلاحية على مردوديتها المالية؛ وقد استخلاصنا من الدراسة إلى: عند استعمال القرض مع الأموال الخاصة عند اخذ قرض التحدي يكون اثر المردودية أفضل من استعمال الأموال الخاصة مع القرض الايجاري و كذلك توصلنا إلى وجود عدت نقاط اختلاف بينهما.

In this study we tried to find out the impat of the various financing formulas for agricultural investments on their financial returns,so that we indenitified two formulas for the most sought-after agricultural finance by the customers,namely the challenge loan and the rental credit loan because thy achieve a higher return; To this end ,we conducted a study at the Agricultural and Rual Development Bank of Aoulef Agency by studying the Impact of the various forms of financing of agricultural investments on their financial return; We learned from the study; When using the loan with private funds with the rental loan and we have also found several points of difference between them.
