المعالجة الإعلامية لحركة السترات الصفراء بفرنسا من خلال المواقع الإلكترونية

Abstract

تهدف الدراسة الى التعرف على كيفية معالجة الاعلامية لحركة السترات الصفراء بفرنسا من خلال المواقع الالكترونية وهي تعد من البحوث الوصفية واستخدمت الدراسة منهجين منهج المسح وفي اطاره تم استخدام اسلوب تحليل المضمون ومنهج العلاقات المتبادلة وفي اطاره تم استخدام اسلوب المقارنة واعتمد الباحثان في دراستهما على نظرية ترتيب الاولويات او الاجندة وتم جمع المعلومات عن طريق استمارة تحليل المضمون واختار الباحثان عينة عمدية من المواقع الالكترونية تمثلت في موقعي الجزيرة نت وموقع فرنس 24 وانحصرت الدراسة التحليلية في الفترة الممتدة من (17-11-2018) الى(17-04-2018 وخلصت الدراسة الى مجموعة من النتائج اهمها: _ أظهرت النتائج ان الموقعين تبنيا موقفا سلبيا إزاء احتجاجات حركة السترات الصفراء وهذا ما بينته النتائج حيث جاء موقف الرفض بنسبة (56,2%) _ حظي أسلوب سرد المعلومات باهتمام موقعي الدراسة بنسبة (40,3%) كما تصدر التقرير الصحفي كافة الاشكال الصحفية المستخدمة بنسبة (58,5%) فيما جاءت وكالات الانباء المصدر الأهم لموقعي الدراسة وذلك بنسبة (63,6%) وقدمت الدراسة العديد من العديد من التوصيات من أبرزها: زيادة الاعتماد على المصادر والتقليل من الاعتماد على وكالات الانباء كذلك ضرورة التنوع في استخدام الاشكال الصحفية وخاصة التحقيق الصحفي التركي على ضرورة ارفاق الصور مع المادة وخاصة الخبرية لتوضح الخبر واستثمار كافة العناصر التفاعلية والاستفادة من كافة الخدمات الالكترونية الحديثة التي تتيحها شبكة الانترنيت وتفعيلها بشكل أفضل لخدمة الجمهور

The study aims to identify how the media dealt with the yellow jackets movement in France through websites, and it is considered from the descriptive research. Or the agenda, and the information was collected through the content analysis form The two researchers chose a deliberate sample of websites, represented by Al-Jazeera Net and France 24, and the analytical study was limited to the period from (11-17-2018) to (04-17-2018). The study concluded with a set of results, the most important of which are : _ The results showed that the two signatories adopted a negative attitude towards the protests of the Yellow Jackets Movement, and this is what the results showed, as the position of rejection came at a rate of (56.2%) _ The method of narrating information received the attention of the study sites by (40.3%). The press report issued all the press forms used by (58.5%), while news agencies came as the most important source for the two study sites at a rate of (63.6%) The study made many recommendations, most notably : Increasing reliance on sources and reducing reliance on news agencies, as well as the necessity of diversity in the use of journalistic forms, especially the investigation, on the need to attach pictures with the material, especially news, to clarify the news, invest all interactive elements, and benefit from all modern electronic services provided by the Internet and activate them better to serve the public
