إدارة المعرفة التنظيمية ودورها في تنمية رأس المال الفكري

Abstract

سعت هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد الدور الذي تلعبه إدارة المعرفة التنظيمية في تنمية راس المال الفكري للمؤسسة بمؤسسة سونلغاز لتوزيع الكهرباء والغاز بأدرار, ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة قمنا بإسقاط هذه الدراسة ميدانيا على عينة من مؤسسة سونلغاز لتوزيع الكهرباء والغاز بأدرار، ولغرض جمع البيانات تم توزيع استبانة على عينة مختارة من أفراد مؤسسة سونلغاز لتوزيع الكهرباء والغاز بأدرار التي بلغ تعدادها 100 مفردة, حيث تم استخدام برنامج Spss لتحليل بيانات الاستبانة بالاعتماد على الأدوات الإحصائية كالمتوسط, الانحراف المعياري, معامل الارتباط, تحليل التباين وغيرها من الاختبارات الأخرى. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج كان أبرزها: - وجود علاقة ارتباط طردية ايجابية ذات دلالة معنوية بين إدارة المعرفة التنظيمية بإبعادها مجتمعة وتنمية رأس المال الفكري بمختلف أبعاده في مؤسسة سونلغاز لتوزيع الكهرباء والغاز. - لا توجد هناك فروقات ذات دلالة معنوية حول مستوى إدارة المعرفة التنظيمية في مؤسسة سونلغاز لتوزيع الكهرباء والغاز بأدرار عند مستوى دلالة 0.05 تعزي للمتغيرات الشخصية (المؤهل العلمي، الوظيفة، سنوات الخبرة).

This study sought to determine the role played by the management of organizational knowledge in the development of the intellectual capital of the Foundation of The Sonelgaz Electricity and Gas Distribution Corporation in Adrar, and to achieve the objectives of the study we dropped this study in the field on a sample of The Sonelgaz Electricity and Gas Distribution Corporation in Adrar, and for the purpose of collecting data was distributed a questionnaire was distributed to a selected sample of members of the Sonelgaz Electricity and Gas Distribution Corporation in Adrar, which numbered 100 individuals. Spss was used to analyze resolution data based on statistical tools such as average, standard deviation, correlation coefficient, contrast analysis and other tests. The study found a set of results, the most prominent of which were: - There is a positive correlation relationship with significant significance between organizational knowledge management by its dimensions in combination and the development of intellectual capital in its various dimensions in the Sonelgaz Corporation for the Distribution of Electricity and Gas. - There are no significant differences in the level of organizational knowledge management at Sounlgaz Electricity and Gas Distribution Corporation in Adrar at 0.05% of personal variables (scientific qualification, job, years of experience).
