دور تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال في تحقيق متطلبات الإدارة الرشيقة

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معالجة الإشكالية تمثلت في دور تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال في تحقيق متطلبات الإدارة الرشيقة، في مصنع الاسمنت سيدي موسي، وتحقيقا لأهداف البحث تم اختيار ثلاث فرضيات رئيسية وأخري فرعية، وتمثلت في إيجاد علاقة وتأثير بين أبعاد تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال، ومتطلبات الإدارة الرشيقة منفردة ومجتمعة، وفروقات للمتغيرات الشخصية بالنسبة لتكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال، والإدارة الرشيقة في مصنع الاسمنت سيدي موسي بأدرار، عند مستوي معنوية 1%. تناولنا مجموعة من الدراسات السابقة التي أشارت بدقة إلي موضوعنا المدروس، طبق البحث علي عينة عشوائية مكونة من (40) فردا من العاملين بالمصنع الاسمنت سيدي موسي، استخدمنا استبيان مكون من (25) فقرة كأداة للدراسة، وقد تم تحليل البيانات باستخدام برنامج (spss)، عند مستوي معنوية (1%)، وأهم النتائج التي توصل إليها البحث أن مصنع الاسمنت سيدي موسي، بحاجة إلى زيادة الاهتمام في مجال استخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات، المواكبة للتطورات التكنولوجي في البيئة المحيطة، وأيضا من نتائج البحث وجود علاقة ارتباط قوية وايجابية، واثر معنوي بين أبعاد تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال ومتطلبات الإدارة الرشيقة، مجتمعة ومنفردة في مصنع الاسمنت سيدي موسي، عدم وجود فروق في مستوي تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال بمصنع الاسمنت بسيدي موسي تعزي إلى المتغيرين المستوي الوظيفي، سنوات الخبرة بالمصنع، وجود فروق في مستوي تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال بمصنع الاسمنت بسيدي موسي تعزي إلي المتغير المؤهل العلمي، عدم وجود فروق في مستوي متطلبات الإدارة الرشيقة بمصنع الاسمنت بسيدي موسي تعزي إلي المتغيرين المستوي الوظيفي المؤهل العلمي، المستوي الوظيفي ، سنوات الخبرة بالمصنع، يطبق مصنع سيدي موسي تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال من خلال آراء العاملين، يولي المصنع تكنولوجيا الاتصال والمعلومات اهتماما كبيرا باعتبارها من أهم أسس العمل، وتطبيق متطلبات الإدارة الرشيقة من أجل تحقيق المزايا التنافسية.

We dealt with a set of previous studies that accurately indicated our studied topic. The research was applied to a random sample consisting of (40) individuals from the cement factory, Sidi Moussa. We used a questionnaire consisting of (25) paragraphs as a study tool. The data was analyzed using the spss program. At the level of significance (1%), and the most important findings of the research that the cement factory Sidi Moussa needs to increase interest in the use of information technology, keeping pace with technological developments in the surrounding environment, and also from the results of the research, there is a strong and positive correlation, and a moral impact Between the dimensions of information and communication technology and the requirements of the agile management, combined and individually at the cement factory Sidi Moussa, There are no differences in the level of information and communication technology at the Sidi Moussa Cement Factory attributable to the variables at the functional level, years of experience in the factory, the presence of differences in the level of information and communication technology at the Sidi Moussa Cement Factory attributed to the qualification variable, the absence of differences in the level of agile management requirements at the Sidi Cement Factory Moussa attributes to the two variables the job level, the scientific qualification, the job level, the factory years of experience, the Sidi Moussa factory applies information and communication technology through the opinions of workers, the factory pays great attention to communication and information technology as one of the most important foundations of work, and the application of the requirements of agile management in order to achieve competitive
