دراسة إحصائية للدعم الاقتصادي للمواد الأساسية بولاية أدرار

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة الى معالجة إشكالية الدعم الاقتصادي للمواد الأساسية مادة الخبز نموذجا بولاية أدرار وذلك باعتماد المنهج الوصفي في معالجة الجانب النظري ولعرض المفاهيم العامة للدعم الاقتصادي للمواد الأساسية والفلسفة الاقتصادية للدعم الاقتصادي لدى مختلف المدارس الاقتصادية، وفي الجانب التطبيقي تم استخدام المنهج التحليلي وذلك بالإعتماد على الدراسة الإحصائية لبعض المخابز المتواجدة بولاية أدرار. ولقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن للدعم الاقتصادي أثار إيجابية تتمثل في حماية الفئات منخفضة الدخل عن طريق دعم منتجات المعيشة اليومية، إلا أن له آثار سلبية في زيادة العبء والعجز المالي على الموازنة العامة للدولة.

This study aims to address the issue of economic subsidy for basic goods especially bread in Adrar, by adopting the descriptive approach in addressing the theoretical part and to present the main concepts about economic subsidy for basic goods besides the economic philosophy of economic subsidy in various economic schools. Statistics of some bakeries located in Adrar. In the applied part, the analytical approach was used by relying on the statistical study of some bakeries located in Adrar. The results of the study have shown that economic subsidy has positive effects represented in protecting low-income groups by supporting daily living goods, but it has negative effects in increasing the burden and financial deficit on the state's general budget.
