أثر سياسة الصرف على السياسة النقدية

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة الى تحديد مدى تأثير سياسة الصرف في الجزائر على السياسة النقدية من خلال دراسة قياسية للفترة 1990-2019. تم اعتماد المنهج الوصفي في الجانب النظري والمنهج التحليلي بأسلوب كمي في الجانب التطبيقي. ولإبراز هذه العلاقة بين متغيرات الدراسة تم استخدام نموذج الإنحدار الخطي البسيط على طريقة المربعات الصغرى العادية ،بين النموذج المقدر وجود اِرتباط ذاتي من الدرجة الأولى بين الأخطاء الاِحصائية، أما معامل التحديد فقد بين وجود علاقة تفسيرية بين كل من سعر الصرف و( الكتلة النقدية 2Mومعدل التضخم وسعر الفائدة)، كما أكدت إحصائية فيشر أن معلمات النموذج ذات دلالة معنوية.

This study aimed to determine the impact of the exchange rate policy in Algeria on monetary policy through an empirical study for the period 1990-2019. The descriptive approach was adopted in the theoretical part while the analytical approach in a quantitative manner in the applied part. To highlight this relationship between the study variables, a linear regression model was estimated through the ordinary least squares method.The estimated model indicated the existence of a first-degree auto-correlation between residuals. As for the coefficient of determination, it showed a clear explanatory relationship between both the exchange rate and (M2 monetary mass, inflation rate and interest rate), as statistically confirmed that the model parameters are of statistically significances.
