دور القيادة التحويلية في تحقيق التميز التنظيمي في منظمات الأعمال

Abstract

تسعى هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور القيادة التحويلية في تحقيق التميز التنظيمي في مديرية توزيع الكهرباء والغاز بأدرار، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم توزيع (250) استبيان على عينة الدراسة، وتم تحليل (218) استبيان المتمثلة في الاستبيانات الصالحة للتحليل باستـــخدام برنامـــــج spss v26 وبرنامـــج Minitab v17، وكانت أهم النتائج المتوصل إليها أنه يوجد أثر دال إحصائيا لأبعاد القيادة التحويلية على التميز التنظيمي في المؤسسة محل الدراسة عند مستوى معنوية 5%، وفي ضوء تلك النتائج خلصت الدراسة إلى جملة من التوصيات والمقترحات الضرورية للمؤسسة محل الدراسة من أجل أخذ أسبقية التميز في مجال نشاطها وخاصة في عصر السرعة والتطور، ولعل أهمها ضرورة توفير مناخ عمل مناسب لممارسة أبعاد القيادة التحويلية بغية تحقيق التميز التنظيمي

This study seeks to identify the role of transformational leadership in achieving organizational excellence in the Directorate of Electricity and Gas Distribution in Adrar, and to achieve the objectives of this study (250) questionnaires were distributed of this study sample, and (218) questionnaires represented in the valid questionnaires were analyzed using the spss v26 program and the Minitab v17 program. The most important results were The study concluded that there is a statistically significant effect of the transformational leadership dimensions on the organizational excellency in the institution under study at the level of significance of 5%, and in light of these results the study concluded a set of recommendations and proposals necessary for the institution under study in order to take precedence of excellence in its field of activity Especially in the era of speed and development, perhaps the most important of which is the necessity of providing an appropriate working environment for practicing the dimensions of transformational leadership in order to achieve the organizational excellence.
