اثر تطور التعليم على النمو الاقتصادي في الجزائر

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة أثر تطور الإنفاق التعليمي على النمو الاقتصادي في الجزائر خلال الفترة 1980-2018، وذلك من الناحية النظرية ثم من الناحية التطبيقية. مستخدمة طريقة المربعات الصغرى العادية في التقدير.توصلت هذه الدراسة إلى وجود أثر إيجابي للتعليم على النمو الاقتصادي في الجزائر خلال فترة الدراسة؛ وهذا ما يتوافق مع الدراسات السابقة والتي تؤكد أن الإنفاق على التعليم العالي يسمح ببناء رأس مال بشري قادر على التطوير والابتكار وخلق ميزة تنافسية.

This study aimed to determine the impact of the development in educational spending on economic growth in Algeria during the period1980-2018 theoretically and empirically. By using the ordinary least squares method OLS. This study concluded the existence of a positive effect of education on economic growth in Algeria during the study period.The results of this study are in line with other studies which confirm that spending on higher education allows building human capital who can of develop, innovate and create a competitive advantage.
