المعالجة الاعلامية للحراك الشعبي من خلال الصحافة المكتوبة

Abstract

تزداد أهمية وسائل الإعلام والاتصال في أوقات الأزمات التي تصيب المجتمعات، فتشكل إحدى أهم المصادر التي يعتمد عليها الجمهور في استقاء المعلومات والأخبار المرتبطة بهذه الأحداث؛ وذلك من خلال قيامها بدورين مختلفين، الأول ايجابي ويكون بضمان تغطية كاملة وشاملة ومتوازنة للأحداث والقضايا والأزمات، أما الدور الثاني فهو سلبي يتجلى في تشويه الحقائق وتقديم معالجة ناقصة للأحداث بعيدة عن الموضوعية والمصداقية. وقد كان الإعلام الجزائري دوماً حاضراً في مختلف القضايا والأحداث الداخلية التي واجهته على اختلاف أنواعها، لكن هذا الحضور كان في بعض جوانبه ايجابياً وفي بعضه الآخر سلبيا، لذا سنسلط الضوء في هذا الدراسة على أداء الصحافة الجزائرية الخاصة ممثلة في جريدة الشروق اليومي ومدى فاعليتها في إدارة الأزمات الداخلية كتلك التي عرفتها الجزائر مؤخراً والمتعلقة بالحراك الشعبي والتي صاحبتها عدة احتجاجات على مستوى ربوع الوطن ، مما أدى إلى تدخل العديد من الأطراف الفاعلة من مسؤولين حكوميين، ورسميين، ومجتمع مدني، إلى خبراء ومختصين في حل هذا الإشكال القائم.

The Algeria media gas always been present in the various indusial issues and events that confronted it of all kinds ,but this ate endance was in some aspects positive and it others negative ,so we will shed legit study on the per foeman of Algerian private press represented in the daily newspaper el-chouruk and the extent of ills off activeness undamaging intermit crises such as those which Algeria has know remotely and which is related to the popular ral, which was accom pained by several protests throughout the effectiveness in managing internal crises such as those witch Algerian has know se curtly and wchich is related to the popular el-chouruk, which was accompanied by reveal protests throughout the country . This led to the intervention of many actors from governments official and civil society to experts and specialists in solving this existing problem.
