فعالية تخطيط التدقيق وفق المعايير الدولية في تحسين جودة الأداء المهني للمدقق

Abstract

تهدف الدراسة إلى إبراز أهمية تخطيط عملية التدقيق وقياس أثرها في تحسين جودة الأداء المهني للمدقق في ظل اعتماد المعايير الدولية، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم أخذ عينة من المحاسبين المعتمدين ومحافظي الحسابات وخبراء المحاسبة وبعض المتدخلين ذوي العلاقة بنشاط التدقيق الداخلي بالمؤسسات الاقتصادية، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة بين تخطيط عملية التدقيق وفق المعايير الدولية وتحسين جودة الأداء المهني في ظل وجود مجموعة من المعايير الشخصية خاصة ما تعلق منها بالسن الوظيفة والخبرة المهنية وتوصي بضرورة اتباع خطة محكمة من طرف المدققين ابتداء من الدخول في المهمة إلى غاية كتابة التقرير النهائي وإبداء الرأي في القوائم المالية محل عملية التدقيق.

The study aims to highlight the importance of planning audit process and measuring its impact in improving the quality of the auditor's professional performance in light of the adoption of international standards. To achieve the objectives of the study, a sample of certified accountants, accounting experts and some of the stakeholders involved in the internal audit activity was drawn. Auditing in accordance with international standards and is improving the quality of professional performance in the presence of a set of personal standards, especially with respect to age, job and professional experience, and recommends the need to follow a plan by the auditors from the beginning of the task until the writing of the Reer final and express an opinion on the financial statements replace the audit process.
