dc.description.abstracthe study aimed to identify the extent to which interactivity is achieved in Algerian newspaper sites. It has benefited from modern options and new means provided by the Internet in order to increase interactivity. It is a descriptive study, using the survey method, and through it the method of content analysis, on a random sample of the websites of Algerian daily newspapers represented in the site Sunrise online, for a continuous period of three months, starting from 1-02- 2019m, and until 31-05-2019m. The study concluded a set of results, the most important of which are: .1Press sites are not keen to take advantage of the full potential of the Internet or consider linking the news material to other news materials that constitute its background and help the reader to link the news to other news. .2Algerian news websites employ a multiplicity of options for users, as an alternative to providing them with real interactivity standards, by satisfying the public’s desires and fulfilling their desires, such as the availability of different media and language. .3News websites keenness to immediately update the newsen_US
