Abstract: The quinoa is a pseudo cereal from Latin America (Peru and Bolivia) belong to Chenopodia Family. It is clear by its haight nutritional value. It used for human and animal nutrition and also it serve to thin therapy. Its introduction to Algeria was in 2014. The object of our work come down to test some varieties of quinoa culture in conditions of Adrar town (case of T'sabit's region).For this object, a nembre of varieties were sown and followed for distinguish which one adapt with conditions of this region. The obtain results allow us to distinguish two groups of varieties; the early varieties and semi-late varieties, the varietal's behaviour for all varieties tested is excellent, the yields are variable according to the varieties; between 12.19 q/ha for Q103 to 35.51 q/ha for Q101.
