تفويض السلطة واثرها على الاداء الوظيفي لدى العمال من جهة نظر رؤساء المصالح

Abstract

لقد جاءت هذه الدراسة للكشف عن طبيعة العلاقة بين تفويض السلطة و الأداء الوظيفي للعمال من وجهة نظر رؤساء المصالح في مديرية الخدمات الجامعية – أدرار- والإقامات التابعة لها، حيث تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لعينة قصدية بلغت 40 رئيس مصلحة، والاعتماد على الإستبيان كأداة رئيسية و المقابلة كأداة تعزيزية لجمع البيانات و تحليلها من خلالها استخدام البرنامج الإحصائي (spss- version 20) حيث توصلنا إلى النتائج التالية: -وجود علاقة بين تفويض السلطة و الأداء الوظيفي للعمال. - توجد علاقة بين تفويض التوقيع و سرعة إنجاز الأعمال. - توجد علاقة بين تفويض الصلاحيات و تحسين الإنتاجية. توجد علاقة بين التفويض في الإختصاص و تحقيق الجودة في الأداء.

This study is intended to reveal the nature of the relation between the power delegation and the functionnel performances of the workers.From one side, the chief services of the university social commitee-Adrar- and the residential cities. For this we relied on an analytical approch and descriptive on a sample of 40 chiefdepartement we focus on a questionnaire as a pricipal tool and an interview as a consolidation in order to get information and study them through statistical program (spss side20). The results show that: -There is a relationship between the autority delegation and the functional work of he workers. -There is a relationship between the delegatinsingnature and speed of works. -there is a relationship between powers and Improving production. -There is a relqtionship between delegation of specialization and quality control.
