فعالية التكوين أثناء الخدمة لدى أساتذة التعليم الابتدائي في ظل إلاصلاحات الجديدة

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة الحالية الى التعرف على فاعلية التكوين أثناء الخدمة لدى أساتذة التعليم الابتدائي ودلك بمجموعة من المدارس بمقطعات ولاية ادرار،حيث تكونت عينة الدراسة من 110 أستاذ تعليم ابتدائي . وتضمنت أدوات الدراسة استخدام استبيان فعالية التكوين أثناء الخدمة الذي تم تطبيقه على العينة المدروسة للسنة الدراسية 2018/2019. ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وكذا الاستعانة ببرنامج (spss) في تحليل البيانات من درجة فعالية التكوين أثناء الخدمة، باستخدام التكرارات وكذا اختبار (ت) للكشف عن دلالة الفروق من حيث متغير الجنس وكذا من حيث متغير الخبرة المهنية. وقد اظهرت نتائج الدراسة ما يلي: - وجود درجة مرتفعة لفعالية التكوين أثناء الخدمة لدى أساتذة التعليم الابتدائي. - عدم وجود فروق دالة احصائيا تعوز لمتغير الجنس. - عدم وجود فروق دالة احصائيا تعوز لمتغير الخبرة المهنية.

The current study aims at identifying the effectiveness of in-service training of primary school teachers, the study included a number of schools in the province of the state of Adrar where the sample consisted of 110 primary education teachers. The study tools included the use in-service questionnaire effectiveness that was applied on the studied sample of 2018/2019 school year. The achievement of the study objective requires the use of the Analytical Descriptive Approach, as well as the use of SPSS program in the analysis of data from the degree of effectiveness of in-service training by using repetitions and T-Test to detect the significance of differences in terms of gender variable as well as in terms of the variable professional experience. The results of the study showed the following: - There is a high degree of effectiveness of in-service training for teachers of primary education -There are no statistically significant differences in the sex variable -There are no statistically significant differences in the variance of professional experience
