دور التكوين في إرساء أخلاقيات العمل

Abstract

من خلال معالجة الموضوع نظريا وميدانيا, وبعد الإجراءات المنهجية, تبين أن للتكوين البيداغوجي التحضيري في الفترة التربصية لأساتذة التعليم الابتدائي وباقي العمليات التكوينية في المؤسسة, دورا في إرساء أخلاقيات قطاع التربية الوطنية, التي وضعته الإدارة الوصية, لتجاوز مشكلة استقرار المؤسسات العمومية, وتطوير الكفاءات التقنية والمهنية لدى الأساتذة.

Based on both the theoretical and practical approaches, and after the scientific method has been applied, it has become clear that the preparatory pedagogical training geared towards trainee teachers in primary school during and after the training process has a crucial role to play in setting reliable professional ethics in the field of education. The Algerian Ministry of Education will, thereby, be able to cope with any potential difficulties, stresses and deadlocks that may occur in future in the educational field on the one hand, and promote both the technical and professional teachers’ skills on the other.
