Thanks to the climate they provide for industrial investments, industrial parks are one of industrial spatial development pillars. However, industry is one of the most important sources of pollution and ecological systems destructing. This context rise the need for eco-industrial parks in order to protect the environment and promote sustainable development. In fact, recent trends argue that considering environmental dimension in industrial parks is the best solution that can lead to costs reduction, environmental impacts elimination and more efficiency in natural resources exploitation but furthermore, thanks to solidarity symbiosis among industrial firms therein. We selected in this paper Klaundporg park in Denmark; the leading company in this field as a particular model in order to stimulate the conceptual framework underlying the present research work. Key words: Eco-industrial parks, Industrial Symbiosis, Klaundporg park, Sustainable spatial developmenten_US
