Etude comparative de quelques variétés de blé tendre oasien sous système traditionnel

Abstract

RESUME : Les produits céréaliers constituent dans notre pays la base de la ration alimentaire cependant les zones sahariennes qui recèlent des fortes potentialités en eau et en sol constituent une alternative pour faire face à la sécurité alimentaire. Cette étude comparative entre sept variétés de blé tendre oasien conduit sous conditions du système traditionnel nous a permis de conclure que techniquement la variété Benmabrouk porte les meilleures caractéristiques agronomiques par rapport aux autres variétés ملخص: إن منتجات الحبوب هي أساس الحصة الغذائية في بلدنا ، إلا أن التوجه لاستثمار المناطق الصحراوية ذات الإمكانيات العالية للمياه والتربة هي طريقة بديلة لتحقيق الأمن الغذائي. هذه الدراسة المقارنة بين سبعة أنواع من القمح اللين الوحاتي أجريت في ظل ظروف النظام التقليدي سمحت لنا أن نستنتج من الناحية التقنية أن الصنف بن مبروك يحمل أفضل الخصائص الزراعية مقارنة بالاصناف الاخرى.

ABSTRACT : Grain products are the basis of the food ration in our country. However, the Saharan zones which have high potential for water and soil are an alternative way of dealing with food security. This study, which deals with the behavior of seven varieties of oasian soft wheat conducted under the conditions of the traditional system, has given results that differ according to the variety. The different results of statistical analysis reveal differences varies between the varieties on the studied parameters. From these results it can be concluded that technically the Benmabrouk variety has the best agronomic characteristics than other varieties.
