Abstract: This study aims to indentify the reality of Bank marketing in Algeria and its contribution to satisfythe Customer through effective marketing strategies and policies. the Gulf Bank AlgeriainAdrar was selected as a sample for the study from February 5theto March 12the2017 in order togather the necessary data for the current study, we have several tools, including the desk survey in the theoretical part and focus on a sample questionnaire of the Agency customers in the practical part The research allowed us to draw important conclusions and make some recommendations for successful banking marketing
